海外客戶 : 請以訊息或電郵與SUPPLEMENT SQUARE客戶服務部聯絡。
*所有貨款必須以港幣支付。倘閣下身處香港境外，我們會以電郵聯絡以便安排，如以外幣付款，將根據當時的港幣匯率結算。
一般事項
* 我們基本只安排香港境內送貨服務，境外寄件會視附地點作有限度處理。
* 每個訂單只可送遞往一個目的地。
* 貨品總額在港幣599元正以下，需另加送貨費港幣60元；貨品總額在港幣600元或以上，可免費送貨。
(只限香港境內,不包括港島半山區、大嶼山、離島及偏遠地區)
* 港島半山區、大嶼山、離島及偏遠地區 暫只提供有限服務，需附加運費，詳情可電郵 info@supplementsquare.com 或致電 Supplement Square: +852 2708 2212 查詢。
* 海外地區不包括免費運送，運費會視附訂購數量或總重量計算。
* 如閣下訂購的貨品未能成功送達(如沒有人於送貨地址收件)，本公司將會重新安排送貨日期，而第二次送貨時，運輸公司 / 委托人員會保留收取第二次送貨費之權利。
* 當閣下提取貨品時，請檢查送貨單上的貨品名稱與貨品是否相附，如發現問題，請立即告知運輸或致電我們。如閣下在送貨後才發現產品出錯，閣下並無權作出索償或要求本公司就此退回貨款。
* 請在送貨單上簽署，以示收到的訂購貨品完好無缺。
* 如閣下只提供郵政信箱地址，本公司將無法安排送貨服務。
* 如有任何貨品售罄，本公司將會在送貨日期前作出通知。
* 本公司保留不時修改和修訂售價、送貨收費及網上購物條款及細則的權利，並毋須作出事前通知。
* 閣下同意任何由此等交易所產生或與此有關的糾紛均呈交香港法院的專有司法管轄權處理。
* Supplement Square 將保留更改以上條款而無須預先通知的權利。

1) Credit Card Payment – Pay by credit Card via Paypal on the website.
Overseas customers:
Please email or private massage to SUPPLEMENT SQUARE, Customer Service Dept. will assist you.
* All ordered items must be paid in HK Dollars. We`ll contact overseas customers by email to confirm detail of delivery. If payment could only be settled in foreign currency, calculation will be based on exchange rate with HK Dollars on the day of order confirmation.
General Conditions:
* Basically, delivery service is provided in Hong Kong only. Arrangement of overseas delivery will only be confirmed case by case based on detail delivery address provided. Only one destination is accepted for a single order.
* Delivery fee at HK$60 will be charged to orders with amount less than HK$599; free delivery will be provided to orders over HK$600 in total. (Only for delivery in Hong Kong)

*Free delivery is not valid for overseas orders. Based on order quantity & total weight, detail delivery fee will be quoted separately.
* If first delivery of ordered items is not succeed (e.g. nobody to receive the items at the time and location as prior confirmation), all the items will be arranged to deliver again. However, Supplement Square and/or the representative reserve the right to charge HK$60 covering cost of 2nd delivery.
*Please check all items with Delivery Note upon receipt of goods. If any questions, please advise our staff or call us immediately. No compensation or refund will be arranged if error reported after delivery.
* Please sign on Delivery Note to confirm all items are received in good conditions.
* P.O. Box is not accepted for delivery service.
* Any out of stock items will be advised before confirmed delivery date. Supplement Square reserves the right to amend and/or change selling prices, delivery charges, terms & conditions of on-line sales without prior notice.
* Any dispute caused by or related to this transaction will be governed by ordinance of Hong Kong SAR.
* Supplement Square reserves the right to change the above terms & conditions without prior notice.
